Right – another interview! Hooray! The job market for languages is pretty depleted at the moment, and many of my colleagues are still without a job and with few prospects. Despite having actually finished the PGCE (subject to external examiners etc) I’m finding it hard to relax, as the ever present dread of having to go back into an office job after spending a whole year training to do something different is paralysing! Well, I like the look of this one, so fingers crossed.

About MeI'm a languages teacher, at least I'm trying to be. One of the many recent PGCE graduates unable to complete their NQT year. In the mean time I'm on supply, meaning I go where I'm sent, teach what I'm told to but on the up side, don't have to plan or mark. Every cloud has a silver lining :).
